  1. Holy Shizz, dude, I FEEL your pain... Some customers are just impossible! Today was a freaking crazy day of retail for me, hell, I may even post a blog about it.. We were so severely understaffed (on a sale day) that most of the customers came to me, including the severely annoying ones. I had this one lady wanting to have me check the price of EACH item (of the hundreds she had) with this coupon which only took forever. THEN, literally 2 hours after that, she's STILL in the store shopping and best yet, she brought the whole family! ( @__@ ) So she made a couple more purchases and a couple more returns in between, always asking if I can lower the prices. And then I have this other Lady where I tell her if she wants her money back in cash and then she changes the subject so I ask again if maybe she'd want it on her card instead and she gives me attitude saying, "NO! I paid in cash!" I felt a little like shooting myself in the head at that moment. And in between all that chaos, we get phone calls and I tell them to hold but yeah with that crazy ass family who took maybe 10 times longer than the average customer to check out, I couldn't get to them and then they call the manager and the managers get on OUR asses about it, even though we're f**cking understaffed so it's not like we could do anything about it. It's days like these where I wish I didn't work in retail...
