Holy Christ people are stupid......

a guy walks in, needs acct info, so i ask for his phone number...(i will be using random numbers to not give away too much or any of this persons actual info) with a thick accent he mumbles "123", i ask "234"? he says yes, then says "4567"..."789" area code....*sigh* so the number is 789-123-4567, he says yes....i answer his question on his acct and then i ask if theres anything else i can do for him, he says no and starts to leave, then he turns around and asks me if we have any used phones available, i say yes we do, and he asks "are any of them cheaper?"...."cheaper than what, sir?"...."i don't know, like $40"...."no sir, they start at $80"...."so none would be cheaper than $80?"...."that's correct sir, they start at $80 and get more expensive from there"...."so then none start less than $80?"..."nope"...."ok, thank you."...."you're welcome sir, have a good day"
